Those looking to get their COVID-19 booster shot will have the chance to do so in the Robson Valley next week.
Dr. Ray Markham, Chief of Staff at the Valemount Health Centre, said there will be a walk-in vaccination clinic at the Valemount Health Centre Dec. 29 and 30 from 9am-3pm and Dec. 31 9am-11am.
“Currently Moderna is offered as a booster to over 30s who have had their second dose 5-6 months ago,” Markham told the Goat. “We might be able to offer more diverse options in the first week of Jan.”
He says a community vaccination clinic is still being planned for the week of Jan 10.
