On July 9th 2019 McBride RCMP responded to a report of a significant theft of building materials in Dome Creek. Members investigated and located some of the materials at a residence in Dome Creek. RCMP executed a search warrant and found construction materials and two stolen vehicles (both stolen from Prince George) with an estimated value in excess of $150,000. During the execution of the warrant Raymond THIFFAULT was arrested on outstanding warrants.
Raymond THIFFAULT, Kohl TIMMS and Chevelle SMITH were all arrested and face numerous charges including two charges of possession of stolen property in excess of $5000, two charges of possession of a stolen Vehicle, possession of stolen property under $5000, and mischief under $5000.
This file is still under investigation and further charges are expected in the future.
