A new Chinese restaurant in the Valemount Hotel is bringing more choices to diners. Ivan Chang and John Luk have both been cooks for more than 30 years. They have opened a Lucky Panda restaurant that offers NO MSG and a huge menu of Cantonese, Mandarin and western food. Their hours are 11am – 2pm and 4:30pm – 10pm, however diners can eat in the pub all day.
