On Jan 21, the Small Scale Food Processors Association(SSFPA) is bringing their “Step by Step HACCP Plan” course to Prince George.”  See the links and further below for a little more detail on the program.

This is a one day program (Costs $20.00 per person) geared to small scale food producers – the general Farmers Market vendor may not ” to find it applicable to their work but anyone operating at a slightly higher level or distributing through other outlets should find it worthwhile.

Following the workshop, there is access to free on site consultation and possible funding for facility upgrading.
