McBride’s Pioneer Days was an extra special event for many this year.  On Saturday evening, a high school reunion event spanning 15 years was held at the Community Hall.  The usual events drew big crowds with the extra people in town.  Horseshoes, baseball, kids activities, logger sports, pancake breakfast and the parade all provided attendees an opportunity to visit while enjoying the festivities.

The buzz of a 1939 yellow Tiger Moth filled the air as McBride’s own mini airshow kept people in awe.  Live music in the park was an ongoing event and gave an opportunity to sit and relax while enjoying local talent.

The community volunteers ran a flawless event and the beautiful weather held after the last ball was thrown, and last burger flipped wrapping up a successful weekend.
