Monday – Thursday evenings at 5:20, Jodie Lukow hosts a combo fitness class at the McBride elementary school. The free class is open to everyone, and children are welcome. Lukow combines aspects from aerobics, Zumba , Zumba strong, pound, step, Bootcamp, HITT, strength training, personal training, Aquafit, drum fit, Pilates and yoga inspired stretching and explains moves and modifications. Participants need to bring a mat or towel and a water bottle. Lukow says they also use weights, she has some extra, but if you have them, bring them, and fitness bands. /ANDREA ARNOLD
