When Maria Magdelena saw a pigeon on the ground in Vancouver, she figured it might be in distress. He didn’t move. Lifting the bird up, Maria found a big gash in his chest. She brought him to the vet, nursed and named him. Now Cypress the pigeon is on a tour of western Canada.
