Corporal Jacob Joslin
On October 3, 2020 at 2:08 am, Robson Valley RCMP were notified of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 5, approximately 12 kilometres north of Valemount.
Initial investigation suggests a northbound pickup truck crossed into the oncoming lane of traffic and collided head-on with a southbound tractor trailer. Both occupants of the pickup truck, a 34-year-old male and a 37-year-old male, were deceased. The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information who has not already spoken to police are asked to call the Valemount RCMP at 250-566-4466.
