Council has asked the proponent to enter into a Section 219 covenant limiting building height on new buildings to 10.5 m with the exception of the existing building, and that occupancy would not be granted until the owner constructs an accessible pedestrian pathway.

The proponent has said it doesn’t make sense to build permanent sidewalks because further phases of development will call for changes.
