Diners at Welcome Home had a wide ranging debate on the merits of wearing masks, how the rules should be enforced and the likelihood that the government was attempting to install a dictatorship (opinions varied)… that’s when Athena Caputo strolled by, masked and with a certain certitude and cool. “I was just at the store and I wanted to do it because I have a lot of family who are immunocompromised. When I am in places like the store, or here where it is busy I don’t feel super comfortable [unmasked],” she said. “I don’t want to spread it to my grandma who is over 70 or my dad who has heart problems.” /ANDRU MCCRACKEN
