Fire near Moose Lake under control

A .009 hectare fire near Moose Lake is under control as of this morning, July 6th. The fire, listed as G30848 on the BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) dashboard, was discovered on Saturday, July 5th.
BCWS suspects the fire was caused by lightning. The fire has not led to the closure of any roads, according to Drive BC.
