Bob Hoskins and Mike Birkenpas, members of The Yellowhead Highway Ramblers, and Blue Syntax entertained residents and participants in the Valemount Museum’s Geocaching event last weekend.

Byron Bustin, President of the Tete Jaune Community Club, and soon to be 80, enjoyed his job of cooking the burgers for the club’s annual Father’s Day BBQ on Sunday.

The first of the summer markets are kicking off in the Robson Valley, starting with the Valemount Farmer’s market last Thursday. Clockwise from above, Beautiful children’s dresses, sewn by Heather Funk, aromatic basil, being sold by Joe Bullock, and meat and handmade creams and soaps sold by folks from as far away as Vavenby, were just some of the wares on offer.
