The first Friday night Coffee House, organized by Bob Hoskins, was a pleasant success. The turnout was modest but appreciative. By the third Friday, crowds were really growing. John, from Blue Syntax, gave a nice performance of a cross section of tunes, as did Bruno from Quebec and Joe from Valemount. Hoskins says he hopes this event will continue to grow, as word spreads: come down to the Gathering Tree on Fridays from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm to listen and play!
